Wine Down Wednesdays is a fast-growing tennis league that had outgrown the limits of their off-the-shelf access-control app. Tennis Lady approached us to create a fully custom membership and league-management system that handles new player registrations and generates roster pages available only to team members.
We developed a Shopify-integrated application that handles everything end-to-end: player registrations, teams, seasons, divisions, brackets, matches, and match results. League admins can upload a single CSV file, and the system automatically publishes the full season schedule to the Shopify theme. Each player sees only the schedule relevant to her team when logged in.Players can submit match results directly on the site once a match is played, including detailed scoring. Administrators have access to a custom dashboard to review results, make corrections, and reschedule matches when needed, for weather delays or any other reason.This custom solution gives Tennis Lady a scalable, automated, and user-friendly league management system built directly into their Shopify store.
