Wine Down Wednesdays is a fast growing Tennis League who were running into the limits of one of their off-the-shelf access control app. Tennis Lady approached us to create a custom membership app that processes new player registrations and generates player roster pages for team members only.

Perfect Skating is the world leader in hockey skating development. With franchises throughout Canada & US and more each year. Each franchise operates their own Shopify store. Our custom app and automated deployment processes ensure that all franchises maintain appropriate branding, consistency and visibility, while streamlining receptive tasks and providing a tailored experience for athletes.

Asendia USA wanted to offer a direct integration to Shopify to the customers, so they approached us with the project. We built and maintain their Shopify which allows their clients to offer live rates in checkout, and print labels for their orders prior to sending the to Asendia for consolidation. We manage the app day to day as well as monitoring and scaling the app during peak holiday season traffic spikes and multiple high volume Shopify Plus stores using the app.

Color Happy is a monthly subscription for downloadable coloring pages. When Rad & Happy migrated to Shopify they wanted to import their existing customers, along with their archive of coloring pages, as well as deliver new pages on a monthly basis to customers. Beautiful customer-facing pages and an easy-to-use file management system for admins were paramount, along with the ability to operate at scale and easily pivot when necessary (E.g. to allow gifted subscriptions, purchase of past subscriptions, changing subscription providers etc.).

YM360 is a youth ministry bible study resource provider on Shopify, and they wanted to improve their customers experience for purchasing, viewing, downloading & managing their Study & Event Resources, and allow Churches to share their purchased content across multiple accounts.

We built a custom Event Package (bundle) Builder product page template using Vue.js to enable customers to understand and purchase all the resources they need for their Youth Camp. This is supported by a backend app that delivers the relevant content directly to the customers account. The study materials belong to the church, and the administrators for the church can grant access to multiple users with differing levels of access, all managed from their Shopify account page.

Chibi Chop Shop has a hold-order system where customers can place multiple orders over several weeks or months, creating a "cache" of orders which CCS holds for them until the customer requests to ship all items at once.

The system they had previously had built was buggy and the developer had stopped supporting it, so they came to us to take it over. We replaced the existing system with a more robust solution that solved and improved upon all the issues they were experiencing - automating fulfillment of all orders in a cache when shipping was requested, Showing real time Shipping rates for caches, along with custom discounts based on the total $ value of the cache, along with an easy way for admins to review stale caches and reach out to those customers.

ONELIVE has served over 1000 Artists, Bands & Rights Holders. Part of their offering is a Fan Club membership service that includes distribution of Presale codes (for early access to tickets), fan club shop discount codes, membership management, renewal and Tour date management for bands like Bonjovi, MegaDeath, Wille Nelson, Zac Brown Band and more. We built and manage their custom Shopify app for handling these features.

Firestone Walker's signature "Brewmaster's Collective" is an annual delivery subscription to a curated set of small batch beers. We helped create a membership program to bulk create orders when the batch is ready to ship, generate birthday gift orders, manage multiple shipping and subscription options and restricted access to member-only products and collections.

The PSA is the largest trade association for people and companies involved in live production. Members can sign up directly or have their memberships imported through the purchase of third party insurance. We run the membership system which includes renewals, restricted access to member-only pages, public company directory, multi-user access and multiple payment/subscription methods.
